Company History

In February 2007, Changzhou Meiai Textile Co., Ltd. was established, launching its first-generation embroidery stabilizer products. In 2009, we made our debut in Europe, where our high-quality stabilizer products attracted the major and successfully entering the international market.

In July 2010, Changzhou Powertex Interlining Co., Ltd. was founded, and the company increased its investment in product development and manufacturing. Over the following years, we gradually upgraded production lines, refined quality management, and improved operational efficiency. Eventually, we established our core corporate philosophy: prioritizing quality and ensuring reliable service.

In 2015, to further strengthen product competitiveness and align with industry trends, we adopted the most advanced international product testing standards, and successively obtained OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class I (for baby articles) for key products, including Cutaway, Tearaway, Water Soluble stabilizers, and etc.

In March 2021, Changzhou Meiatex Nonwoven Co., Ltd. was established, significantly expanding our production scale and capabilities. In July 2023, guided by a commitment to green development, Meiatex achieved GRS (Global Recycled Standard) factory certification. We then launched eco-friendly recycled series of Cutaway and Tearaway stabilizers. During this period, our product portfolio was further developed, with OEKO-TEX® certification successively obtained for 3D Puffy Foam, Thick film, and PET Nonwoven products.
